Mindy is truly passionate about her profession as a Mortgage Banker.  She began her career 8 years ago as loan processor and has been originating loans for the past 5 years.  It is Mindy's goal to ensure that every client be carefully guided  through their home buying, home building or refinance process resulting in a positive and beneficial experience.  Mindy has established a strong network of customers and referral partners and relies solely on referrals from satisfied realtors, builders and past customers.

A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Sandy has been in the the mortgage industry for over 17 years. She has been with First Citizens for 12 years as a Mortgage Banker and Assistant Vice President.

Sandy lives with her husband and son in Mount Pleasant, SC. She is active in the community and enjoys volunteering for various charitable organizations.

A graduate of both Anderson University and the University of South Carolina, Jeff has worked in the mortgage/finance industry for 20 years here in the Midlands. He is an active member in Rotary, United Way and the Board of Realtors. He is married to Carmen and has one daughter, Madison.

A graduate of Winthrop University, Becky has been in the finance industry for over 12 years. She is a member of the Junior League of Columbia and a fitness instructor for BodyFit. Becky is a lifelong resident of Forest Acres, where she is actively involved with her church. She is married to Chase and they have one son, Harrison.

Kerry R. Davis is Vice President of Sales for First Citizens Mortgage. Kerry has been in residential mortgage banking in Charleston, SC for more than 11 years. He was born and has resided on the coast of South Carolina all of his life. Kerry is married to Lauren and they have two daughters, McKenzie and Anna, and a son, William.

Kerry is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is active in a number of Alumni and Civic associations. He is a past Board of Director for the Mortgage Lender's Association of Charleston. Kerry is an avid fisherman and spends his free time on the water with his family and friends.

Jennifer’s primary responsibility includes originating mortgage loans for First Citizens from taking the application to collecting all required documents to closing.  She handles the Orangeburg Area and surrounding counties. Jennifer graduated from Claflin University in May of 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Business in Organizational Management.  She has been in banking since 2000. She is a Orangeburg, SC native with strong ties to the community.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her five year old son, Rylan. 

Tracey has been in the mortgage industry for five years and with First Citizens for 10 years as a Vice President. Her focus has been on the Private Banking/Wealth Management Group.

Tracey is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Banking School and has been awarded the Top Mortgage Producer for 2004, 2005 and 2006.

A graduate of SC State University, Tommy has been in the mortgage industry for over 12 years. He has been with First Citizens for over 10 years as a Vice-President, Community Development Officer and is a graduate of Leadership Lexington County.

He is a lifelong resident of Lexington, where he is actively involved with his church. He is married to Kathryn and they have two children. He is also an Investor Council member of the Affordable Housing Coalition, Palmetto Development Group and a board member for the Charleston Bank Consortium.

Chris is a Columbia native, married to the former Laura Turner of Rock Hill, SC, and the father to one daughter, Ann Gray, age 11.

After attending the University of South Carolina, Chris embarked on a professional career in orthopedic sales, beginning in North Carolina spanning his work into South Carolina for over 20 years. Prior to establishing his mortgage banking career, he eventually returned to his hometown of Columbia with a continued commitment of building long term relationships leading into mortgage banking with First Citizens.

Chris is a former member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Winston-Salem, NC. He is a participating member of the Columbia Kiwanis Club and active member attending Eastminster Presbyterian Church. He knows "being a part of an active community always builds a greater tomorrow for you and our children."

Cindy has over 20 years of banking and mortgage experience as a proven mortgage professional. This is evidenced by her referrals from family and friends. Her personal motto is "to treat people how I would like to be treated." This philosophy extends to putting her client's best interests first.

Her dedication to detail and following each loan from start to finish is greatly appreciated by her clients. She makes herself available days, nights and weekends.

Barbara's career in banking spans four decades. She has worked in Construction Loan Administration, Compliance, Closing, Consumer Lending and most recently 12 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator. This gives her a working knowledge to find just the right loan to meet her customer's needs. You will find Barbara at the center of any community development/fair housing forum.

A native Greenvillian, she watched as Greenville developed into a city its residents can show off with pride. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her grandchildren. She loves beach music and actively participates in the South Carolina official dance, "the Shag."

Since graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2001, Brian has been working as a Senior Loan Officer in the mortgage industry. He has been with First Citizens for two years.

He has lived in the Columbia area for over 25 years and is actively involved in the community. Brian is a member of The South Carolina Gamecock Club and Shandon Baptist Church. As a newlywed, he and is wife reside in Irmo.

After graduating from Lander University with a BS in Economics/Finance, Glenn has been working in the Finance industry for the past 13 years and focusing on the mortgage industry for the past 10 years. He was previously employed for the last four years as Vice President of Wholesale Production for a Retail/Wholesale lender. He has been a Mortgage Originator with First Citizens for the past six months.

Glenn spends most of his free time with his two children. He has a 14 year old son who plays high school and AAU basketball throughout the Southeast and an 11 year old daughter who plays Challenge Level soccer and also plays in venues throughout South Carolina and the bordering states.

Dianne has been in the banking industry for over 30 years. She has been with First Citizens for 21 years as a Vice President, Mortgage Officer and prior Clemson Branch Manager which makes her knowledgeable in all areas of the bank.

Dianne and her family have lived in the Clemson area for 30 years. She and her husband Bobby are very active in their church and community.

Community activities over the past 30 years include volunteering for the Clemson Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Helping Hands and the Sertoma Club.

Jennifer was raised in Aiken, SC and currently resides in Beaufort, SC. She is a wife and mother of two little girls. She has been in the banking industry for seven years. As well as being employed by First Citizens in Beaufort, she is very involved with Make a Wish Foundation and the Junior Service League of Beaufort. It gives her great satisfaction to do volunteer work and make a difference in the community.
